Jumbuck’s txtnpic chat service is simple to use - users
interact with the service by sending an SMS containing a command to (898248). These commands allow the user to interact with the service, alter their profile details, move through the chatrooms or send messages to other users. Messages may be sent to either a number of users in a chatroom (if it is a public message) or a single user (if it is a private message).
Users can chat with others in the room, create their own
chatrooms, or select a user for a private one-to-one chat! Users can also maintain a ‘Friends List’ – providing shortcuts to message people whenever they want. Most importantly, users are totally anonymous while chatting so no one can see your details – safety is a priority!

How to Opt-in: to opt-in or subscribe to our txtnpic chat
Service, you can register by sending an SMS to us at
898-248 with "join" in the text, and we'll guide
you through the process from your mobile
phone.
2. How to Opt-out: opt-out from our txtnpic chat service by sending an SMS to us at 898-248 with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the text from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-register via the Opt-in instructions above.
3. SMS Service pricing: SMS pricing is on a per carrier basis.
Alltel - By sending an SMS direct to ‘898-248’ each SMS received by you is charged 30 cents, while SMS messages sent by you are not charged.
Virgin USA - Each SMS sent or received by you on ‘898-248’ is charged at 10 cents per message.
Sprint - By sending an SMS direct to ‘898-248’ each SMS received by you is charged 30 cents, while SMS messages sent by you are not charged.
AT&T - By sending an SMS direct to ‘898-248’ each SMS received by you is charged 30 cents, while SMS messages sent by you are not charged.
Other USA Carriers - By sending an SMS direct to ‘898-248’ each SMS received by you is charged 30 cents, while SMS messages sent by you are not charged.
Canadian Carrier - Each SMS received by you from ‘898-248’ is charged at 25 cents. SMS messages sent by you are not charged.

5. Prohibitions: you agree not
to use our SMS Service to send viruses, commercial
messages, or spam, and you agree that any messages you
send will not contain any material that (a) is unlawful,
obscene, or defamatory or violates any intellectual
property rights or any other rights or any third party;
(b) facilitates any illegal activity; (c) contains any
sexually explicit content or images; (d) is false,
misleading, or likely to mislead or deceive (including,
without limitation, information relating to the source
of the author of the message); or (e) promotes violence,
discrimination, or illegal activities. |
